The care I received today by Mr Parmar doctor and all of the health care professionals at the West Sussex Breast Centre Unit in Worthing was excellent. Mr Parmar listened, explained everything, clarified and then answered my questions. I left feeling very clear about the way forward and confident that I had been looked after from a clinical perspective.

I was seen yesterday by Mr Parmar and was very impressed by his professionalism and his attention to detail, he answered all my questions and made me feel I mattered as his patient, and also gave me some good advice in trying to keep free of cancer. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful, especially those doing the mammogram and scan. I was seen very quickly and when I explained that time was not on my side they rushed me through the various stages of tests for which I was very grateful. I have only one suggestion which might help speed up the reviewing process of a patients history etc and that is: * Have a summary page at the front of the each patients notes, containing a brief summary of dates and important details of tests, results and treatments ect. (I would take some time to set up but would save time in the long run) My thanks to Mr Parmar for his reassurance and taking a worry off my mind.
